OUR SERVICES
INTERIOR RESIDENTIAL PAINTING
Interior walls are sanded and any defects or flaws are patched. The floor and all furniture is covered to prevent damage. All outlet covers are removed. Walls are painted with a premium interior house paint. Baseboards, doors, casings, and trim are sanded and patched where needed. All trim is then painted with a satin or semi-gloss enamel.
EXTERIOR RESIDENTIAL PAINTING
Exterior walls are pressured cleaned and all windows are caulked to prevent water damage. Windows, light fixtures, and landscaping are covered. Exterior walls are sealed and hairline and settlement cracks are patched. These steps insure an optimal surface for the best painting results. Exterior walls, bands, and facia are finished with a premium satin house paint.
COMMERCIAL PAINTING
Our trained and experienced employees maintain a professional atmosphere for the entirety of the job completion. Any windows and other unpainted surfaces are carefully covered. All exterior walls are pressure cleaned, patched, and primed prior to painting. Premium paints and primers are used to insure the best results. Our quality work allows for a large window of time before a repaint becomes necessary.
EPOXY GARAGE FLOORING
First, we diamond-grind the floor to ensure that the surface is clean and porous. Any cracks or divots are patched. Next, we vacuum and mop the floor. A commercial grade two-part epoxy is then applied to the floor. While, the epoxy is still wet we do a full broadcast of paint-chips, making sure that the entire floor is equally covered. Finally, we apply a two-part commercial grade clear-coat.
CABINET FINISHING
All cabinets are cleaned and sanded prior to any color application. Depending on the effect desired, we either apply a stain or base-coat of lacquer. Doors are removed and finished in our shop and cabinet boxes are finished on-site.
WOOD STAINING
We sand, prep, and clean wood prior to staining. We apply a coat of wiping stain and then a coat of satin or semi-gloss polyurethane.
